FAQ
How does the all-you-can-eat dining work?
Once seated, you can order as many dishes as you like through our ordering tablet or directly with our staff. All dishes are prepared fresh to order and served to your table throughout your dining experience.
Once you have finished an item, you are welcome to order more of the same dish as many times as you like during your dining session.
We encourage guests to order in smaller rounds so food can be enjoyed at its best and to help reduce food waste. Food from the All You Can Eat menu cannot be taken away.
Are drinks and desserts included?
Desserts are included in our all-you-can-eat menu. Drinks are not included and can be purchased separately from our beverage menu.
Is all-you-can-eat the only dining option available?
No. In addition to our all-you-can-eat menu, we also offer a full à la carte menu and takeaway menu, giving you the flexibility to dine however you prefer.
Do I need to make a booking?
Bookings are recommended, especially for dinner service, weekends, and larger groups. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
Is there a dining time limit?
Yes. All tables are subject to a 90-minute dining time limit to ensure all guests can enjoy their dining experience.
Are we allowed to bring our own birthday cake?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own birthday cake to celebrate with us. We are happy to provide plates, cutlery, a cake knife, and candles to help make your celebration special. Please let us know when making your booking so our team can assist with the arrangements.
Do children receive discounted pricing?
Yes. Children aged 4 and under dine free. Children aged 5 to 12 enjoy 45% off the regular all-you-can-eat price.
Can we split the bill?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate split bills.
Do you charge extra on weekends or public holidays?
No. We do not apply any weekend or public holiday surcharges.
Are you BYO?
No. We are a fully licensed restaurant and do not allow BYO.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. We offer a variety of vegetarian dishes across our menu.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer a selection of gluten-free dishes. For eligible gluten-free items, we use alternative sauces and cooking methods to best accommodate guests with dietary requirements. While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise cross-contamination, our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens. Please inform our staff of any dietary requirements when ordering.
